Administrator How-To Guide: Getting Started
This guide helps users new to the CxEngage configuration console to understand the basic administrative tools that will help you to create amazing customer interactions.
Objectives
After going through the guide, you will have a better understanding of the building blocks of the system and have the ability to:
- Create and modify user skills, groups, and profiles
- Create presence reasons and a reason list
- Create a queue
- Create media prompts
- Create disposition codes and a disposition list
- Design a basic inbound call interaction flow
- Map the newly created flow to your assigned contact point
- Log in to the Agent Toolbar
- Place a voice call and go through the designed flow
- Receive the voice call on the Agent Toolbar
